Jeffrey Hunter - President, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Hunter is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since being appointed in November 2006. Jeff brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in capital markets, specializing in junior mining, exploration, and high-tech. His career has been rooted in investment banking and equity markets, where he has played a key role in both retail and corporate finance for a wide range of public and private companies. Jeff is known for his strategic insight and market expertise and has built a reputation for guiding growth-stage businesses through complex financing and market challenges with clarity and confidence.

Raymond Lashbrook - VP Exploration and Operations, Mexico

Mr. Lashbrook has over 45 years of experience in the mining and exploration business holding various positions with several mining companies over that time.  Mr. Lashbrook has worked for Sherritt Gordon, Kidd Creek Mines, Falconbridge, Hemlo, Quinterra and Valerie Gold, and has been involved in all aspects of mining and exploration including geology, geophysics, prospecting, mining engineering, mill management, and project management.

Robert Gordon MBA, P.Eng - Director

Mr. Gordon has over 30 years of technical experience in the exploration industry as well as 20 years of management experience in the sector. Mr. Gordon graduated from Queens University with a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering (Geophysics) and from the University of Western Ontario with an M.B.A. and became a director of the Company (CSH) in April 2011. Rob is currently Marketing Manager with Quantec Geoscience, a company that provides geophysical exploration and data analysis services. Mr. Gordon was an appointed non-member councilor of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) from 2009 to 2016.

Jason Baun - Director

Mr. Baun has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, raising capital for both public and private companies domestically and internationally. Mr. Baun is the founding partner of Newcastle Holdings, an investment banking advisory firm with offices in Toronto, New York, and strategic partnerships in Europe.
